    Reflective Scholar
    To understand the major theoretical perspectives in leadership and organizational change literature regarding:

    * the complexities of organizational leadership at the beginning of the 21st Century;

    * the rationale for and difficulties of creating new organizational norms; and

    * the strengths and weaknesses of different organizational change strategies in relation to different organizational settings
    To understand and critique research and scholarly literature in the general areas of leadership and organizational change in the professions.
    Reflective Learner
    To apply major theoretical perspectives in leadership and organizational change literature to real-life cases and to reflect on these applications
    To design, conduct and reflect on original research that has value for the field.
    Reflective Practitioner
    To reflect and act on one's own ideas, analyses, values and personal and organizational interests in relation to issues of democratic leadership, new organizational norms, and desired organizational change strategies.
    To reflect and act on one's own ideas, analyses, and values as a researcher- practitioner.
