The Organizational Change Project is the capstone activity of the Core Curriculum. The actual specifics of the organizational change initiative in the student's area of professional interest are less important than the design and implementation of leadership strategies grounded in a cycle of experience, reflection and theory. Thus, the program is interested in the theoretical and experiential underpinnings of the strategies the student uses to lead the change project. Similarly, the program is interested in the leadership principles and values the student draws on to work with
others to further organizational change in the professions. And finally, the program is interested in the depth and quality of the student's reflection on his/her role as a change agent, whether or not the change initiative itself was successful.
