Current degree students may request an unofficial transcripts, identical to the credit tracking report which students receive each year. Unofficial transcripts list all learning activities for which credit has been awarded as of the date the request is submitted. These are issued by the Program Office. There is no charge. Unofficial transcripts do not include narrative evaluations.In many cases, a current student will want to request an official transcript, which is issued with the University's seal. Licensing agencies, state school certification boards and other universities almost always require official transcripts. In accordance with federal law and to
protect your privacy, official transcripts must be requested in writing and carry your signature. Official transcripts cost $15.00 each. Official transcripts include the transcript supplements and may include narrative evaluations upon request.Please include the following information in your request, or download the Transcript Request Form. * Name at time of enrollment
* Address
* Daytime telephone number
* Dates of attendance
* Whether you are or were a current student, graduate or withdrawn
* The name and address of the person to whom you would like the transcript sent
