Doctoral students must complete all degree requirements, including the dissertation, within seven years of entering the program, excluding any time taken for a Leave of Absence. Those who have not graduated after seven years will be withdrawn. An appeal may be submitted to the Academic Review Committee, and an appeal that is granted, would be done only in the most exceptional circumstances.
