Faculty formally review student learning by completing an in-depth narrative evaluation and a multi-dimensional matrix that identifies expected learning outcomes. A pre-designed Evaluation Form exists for each Core Competency Area and for the Organizational Change Project as well.
One of the following evaluative descriptors will be assigned to each of the learning demonstrations identified on the Narrative Form:
* Pass (Acceptable; average; competence has been demonstrated)
* Not Satisfactory (Failing; competence has not been demonstrated.)
