The Three-Year-to Candidacy Model Progress Different from satisfactory academic progress, which sets a minimum standard for continued enrollment in the Program, 3-year model progress would bring the student to Candidacy at the end of three years. It is based on the following pattern: 3-Year-to-Candidacy Model Year One - 10 Units Annual Term Units Proseminar 1 Leadership & Organizational Change - A 2   Year Two - 15 Units Annual Term Units Proseminar 1 Leadership & Org Change - B (Change Project) 4 Inquiry/Research- A 9 Individualized Learning Plan 4   Year Three - 15 Units Annual Term Units Proseminar 2 Inquiry/Research - B 4 Individualized Learning Area - A 6 Individualized Learning Area - B 6   Years Four-Seven - 24 Units Annual Term Units Inquiry/Research - C (Dissertation Proposal) 4 Dissertation 20
